What is a project?


You can think of a project as a domain-specific workspace. A project can have its user accounts, billing information, audit of all operations.




Is my data secure?


We host all of our data in physically secure AWS facilities that include 24/7 on-site security, camera surveillance, and more. All customer data is hosted in data centers that are SOC 2, ISO 27001 and HITRUST compliant.




Where is my data stored?


We host the data in physically secure AWS facilities that are hosted in the UK. If you need your data to be hosted other AWS regions, please do let us know and we’ll make it happen.




How is data encryption in transit handled?


All data sent to or from Quantumics.AI is encrypted using TLS, and all customer data is encrypted using AES-256.




How is data redundancy and resiliency handled?


Our infrastructure has been designed to be fault tolerant. All file storage and databases operate in a cluster configuration and the application tier scales using latest load balancing technology that dynamically meets your auto-scaling demand.




How is server security monitored and managed?


All servers are configured using a documented set of security guidelines and images are managed centrally. Changes to the infrastructure are tracked, and security events are logged appropriately. We also publish a log of system uptimes and downtimes.




Is Quantumics.AI GDPR Compliant?


Yes, we take data privacy very seriously. We have nominated a DPO at Quantumics who specialises in managing your data protection rights. You may contact us regarding:
· The right to be informed. · The right of access. · The right to rectification. · The right to erasure. · The right to restrict processing. · The right to data portability. · The right to object. · Rights in relation to automated decision making and profiling.





Are there any setup fees?


No, there aren't any setup fees for the Business and Enterprise tier customers. For Enterprise plus customers, we will assess the requirements and quote the price.




Are there any overage fees?


The fee for storage is based on the chosen subscription tier, but we do have a fair use policy on compute. You will be notified if there is a breach in fair use policy.




Is there a user limit?


Yes, there is a limit on the number of users per project based on the chosen tier. In case you need to add more users without changing the tiers, then this can also be achived by a small fees per user. Please reach out to us.




Can I upgrade or downgrade my subscription?


Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time.





What happens to my data if I cancel the subscription?


Your Quantumics.ai account will be suspended within 48 hours of receiving the cancellation request. You'll have 14 days from the time of canceling to reinstate the account and project if you change your mind, after which we will permanently delete your account and data.




Can I trial the platform before purchasing it?


Yes. You'll get complete access to all our platform features for 7 days. After that, you can subscribe to the plan that best suits your business needs.
